Finder AC

Info this time telling the inventor of AC that part quoted from a book written by Katie Hafner and Mathew Lyon in his book: "where wizards stay up late", and the Indonesian version of the Overdrive with the publisher Shira Satria Media. Happy listening!

We do not need to feel the pain because of the heat which sometimes makes the body feel sticky with sweat. But you know what? If John created the AC because it was inspired by concern for the sick?

John was a doctor from the United States who are not from the Black skin (Negro) as reported so far.
The idea makes cooling engine starts from the number of patients suffering from malaria or other diseases with symptoms of high fever.

When it is hot air that makes the patient uncomfortable, the man who was born Charleston, South California, this October 3, 1802, turned his mind how to keep the patient's body temperature can fall.
After seeing the fan in front of him he found the idea. John put chunks of ice in front of the fan. It turned out to produce cool and fresh air as in mountainous areas

In the process, he designed and developed experimental machine ice maker. Creation engine is based on the laws of physics that heat always flows from a gas or liquid to gas hotter or colder fluid.

The machine works by compressing gas (compress) to become hot, then gases are channeled to the coil-coil for reduced pressure (dekompres). As a result, the air became cold.

To develop the invention, in the year 1845, Gorrie decided to stop being a doctor. Six years later he successfully received the first patent issued for an engine coolant. This was originally found in engine cooling now known as Air conditioner.

It's the story of John is proving that a genuine concern will lead us to the kebaikann. From just want to cool the room where the patients. John now had "cool" the world with his AC.

Circulation AC

Finally, this day can only post after a few days busy with homework, after yesterday discussing the indoor circuit and the circulation of air conditioning units on the topic this time cycle air conditioner outdoor unit.

click here the diagram circuit AC
Component 1 compressor.

Compressor is the heart of his air conditioner cooling function to keep flowing through the system at a certain level of flow, and at a certain pressure., Takes refrigerant vapor into the low pressure side (besa pipe), and the refrigerant vapor into the compressor and then processed into a higher pressure to the high side of the circuit. The level of flow through the system will depend on the size of the compressor unit, and operating pressure will depend on the cooling evaporator is used and the desired temperature.

Component 2 condenser.

Red dot on the exhaust pipe represent refrigerant. Solid red color represents high pressure liquid coolant. Most air and cold air cooling system is designed so that the refrigerant will condense at a temperature of about 25-300C on the temperature of waste air out. Hot condenser means working with a good compressor, the condenser heat in waste by one-legged (condenser fan) condenser coil absorbs enough heat from the steam that causes it to condense. Here we can see the outdoor unit out of the water from the pipes, so do not worry if there is water menetes.Ini heat transfer (condensation) of steam flowing into the air is what makes the hot air blowing out of AC units.

At this stage (drier), high pressure coolant fluid will flow down the liquid line, through a dry filter designed to prevent contamination from flowing through the system, then this high-pressure refrigerant will enter the drier, and continues to flow into the capillary tube ( smallest pipe in the system AC) dn turned into a low pressure.

faucet 3 meter components.

Kran meters or tree pulve way there are 2 types of small and large sizes for AC ½ to 1 pk tree using way ¼ "and 3 / 8" referred to a tap-meter because there are valves inside the lid with the key "L", tree way This is the dividing point between high pressure and low pressure side of the system, and designed to maintain a certain level of air flow to the lower side of the system. and will flow to the indoor evaporator.
Conditiong air system will be designed so that the refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator at a temperature of about 400C, so it will be cold than hot air flowing over it.
This system is designed so that the heat in hot air flowing through the evaporator is absorbed by the indoor evaporator pipes.

4 Evaporator indoor components.

Circulation Air Conditioner

Inside the air conditioned room air conditioning units cirkulation for work, to maintain comfort, the room must always be closed, meaning that the windows and doors do not open except when in need, first read about the design of air.
From the picture above can be implemented in the air cycle air conditioning follows:

1.Udara conditioned AC, That is air that has been chilled, the decrease in humidity and feces in the exhale filter into the room as supply air. This air flow velocity will range in 500fpm for low speed (low speed), 720fpm to medium speed (medium speed) and 1200fpm for high speed (high speed)

2. In the room air conditioner supply air will mix with the air of the room, so that the temperature and humidity of the room will be reduced. Decrease in temperature and humidity will be in accordance with the temperature and humidity for the comfort range of 220 - 250celcis

3. AC supply air that mixes with air in the suction back room by the indoor air conditioner unit through a filter and then into the evaporator and the heat absorption occurs at the suction and then going with a blower (fan ac) as an air return (return water)

4. Return air (return air) from the room will be mixed with dust or other dirt in the air, will terutam physical dirt in the air filtered by the filter (filter) which is on the outside of the evaporator so that only air will be clear again when the AC supply you dirty air is not clear that the dust generated due to dirt or small particles of another's accumulating on the old filter kelama make a dirty evaporator do care ac max / 4 months to get clean air and cool in the room.

5. Return air filter that has been in the stools they will be flowing through the evaporator where the heat absorption. heat in the air will move into the evaporator when Naahh AC evaporatornya dirty how can it absorb the heat so air conditioning was not cool to get used AC take care care tips when evaporator clean air conditioner from dust dirt then the maximum absorption of heat and air will be cold soon, when the air back through the surface of the evaporator will condense (condensation) so that the water vapor content in air will be reduced, water or moisture on the surface of the evaporator will fall and the waste out of the room as a drain.

6. Air from the evaporator to absorb heat was on and the blower blow by into the room as supply air, the air in the next cycle repeated again and so on.

Of the six stages of the cycle air conditioned space always includes the stages:
- Air supply
- Air space
- The air return
- Air filter (filter)
- Evaporator
- Blower

Hopefully this article can be useful and to understand more about the air cycle air conditioning room.
